Healthcare Solutions

In the Healthcare field, nothing is more critical to doctor-patient relationship than being able to communicate effectively. MLL serves the cross-cultural communication needs of hospitals, clinics, private practices, government health departments and other organizations in the broadly defined healthcare field to meet their diverse cross-cultural communication objectives. Public Solutions

Whether a public agency or a private non-profit organization that receives public funds, being able to communicate effectively with those that you serve is not only the right thing to do, but also, it is the law. Title IV of the 1964 Civil Rights requires all entities that run activities financed by the federal government to provide proper means of communication to clients who speak languages other than English.

MLL is here to help you meet this obligation. Our Community Interpreters (CI’s) are trained to serve you as you meet with clients who are applying for public assistance such as Food Stamps, Medicaid, Medicare, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Security Income, Childcare Subsidies, Energy Assistance, WIC and more. We also provide court interpretation (both simultaneous and consecutive), we provide services during parent-teacher conferences in public schools as well as other school activities.

We provide quality translation of any and forms, flyers or documents- including public health information. Further, we provide cultural competency training to help your employees better be able to relate to a diverse client-base

Private Industry Solutions
